The Investigation Of The Urban Community Service Issues And Countermeasures In China

The city community service is a key issues in the city community service building. Since the 1980's, with the continual deepening of China economy system reformation, the significance and necessary of community service are increasingly standing out. We have obtained a lot of fruits in the theory and practice after twenties years. Meanwhile, many issues such as how to establish the community service running pattern, how to ascertain the leading function of the government, how to look on the participation of the community members and the construction of the community non-merchant organizations and how to strengthen the building of the community service team and develop the community service industrialization have being taken out in the process. These Problems happened and grew under the special condition of the history society, which had already obstructed the father development of the community service. Therefore, the research of the community service in order to promote the development of the society economy and the other enterprises is very urgent and important.Proceeding with the community service, this paper analyzes the issues which exist in the community service of our country and discusses how to deepen the countermeasure thinking of the community service. It puts forward that we should build up criterion and improve the community service through the transform from the government administration to the community administration, from resource separation to resource share, from society welfare service to society insurance service, from welfare service to industrialization management.
