The self-regulated learning ability is one of the essential abilities for people in the modern study society. In this task, firstly we have studied on the theory and practice of self-regulated learning home and abroad; secondly we have analyzed the state of middle vocational schools students' idea and learning. Based on them, in the thesis we discuss how to improve of middle vocational schools students' self-regulated learning ability in physics teaching. The attempting work has been done in inspiring learning motive; coaching learning strategies; training self-control learning abilities and evaluation of self-regulated learning. And last, we put forward three developing teaching modes in the physics teaching of middle vocational schools for training students' self-controllearning ability. That is "guiding-learning" mode; "learning-teaching" mode and "questioning-leaning" mode. In a word, weexpect we can explore effective ways for competence education of middle vocational schools.
