Multifarious qualified personnel are needed to adopt the rapid development and reformation in economics, culture, science and technology in China. One of the ways to attain the goal is to develop advanced vocational education, which takes up about 50% of Chinese advanced education, with its goal to foster technical personnel. However, disadvantages and threats, especially in moral education, inevitably arise as advanced vocational education in China appear and has got such rapid development in such a short period of time. To adopt moral education strategy of cooperation between school and enterprise is a good way to deal with the threats and form characteristics of advanced vocational education.In essence, moral education of advanced vocational schools is the same as that of general advanced schools. However, in connotation, it is much more special in that advanced vocational education is a new emerging phenomenon and the educational mode is immature which result in many problems and shortage in moral education. Cooperation between school and enterprise is a new and principal educational mode under which both the school and the enterprise can enjoy resource sharing in the respects of teaching force, discipline planning, experimental facih'ties, and ideology and culture. In practice, the importance of moral education under this mode does not draw much attention and the potential is not fully exploited. Therefore, the exploration of moral education under the educational mode of cooperation between school and enterprise and the utilization of moral education resources in enterprise will, to some extent, solve many problems arising in advanced vocational education, which in true will open up a bright future for advanced vocational education.The enterprise has the advantages that the school does not have in the respect of moral education resources such as the enterprise itself, enterprise culture, and enterprise personnel. The moral education in advanced vocational school can get twice the result withhalf the effort if the school brings into full play the advantages of the cooperation to utilize the moral resources of the enterprise. The characteristics of advanced vocational education, namely, professionalism, practicality, and socialization are consistent with the essence of moral education. Moreover, they coincide with the characteristics of moral education such as subjectivity, practicality, eclecticism, and diversification appealed by the world of current education and society, which are unique in advanced vocational educational. Consequently, this thesis aims to find out a best way of moral education in advanced vocational school by combining all the characteristics of advanced vocational education together, making full use of moral resources of the enterprise, and utilizing the potential advantages of the cooperation between school and enterprise. From the perspective of Activity Moral Education Model and the Subjectivity Moral Education, the thesis elaborates the moral education strategy and analyzes the advantages of moral education based on the just community strategy by Kohlberg.The moral education to students by making use of the advantages of cooperation between school and enterprise proposed in this thesis is based on a number of practical experiments from home and abroad, which is of great directive significance to moral education. It is through practice that the students get acquainted with excellent enterprise staff and advanced enterprise culture so as to promote their moral, ideology, and behavior without their notice. In cooperation between school and enterprise, the advantages of personnel, fund and material of school and enterprise should be fully utilized to create a better future for the students. Students need to be equipped with the humanities and competence to better understand the enterprise culture to lay basis for lifelong education.
