| Misunderstanding and lacking of understanding between teachers and students affect both teachers' and students' healthy development as well as the improvement of teaching efficiency. In this dissertation, the author analyzes the problems about understanding between teachers and students and reasons that lead to these problems. Basing on this, the author also makes some suggestions on improving the understanding between teachers and students. There are four parts in this dissertation.Part I: Analyzing understanding and understanding between teachers and students. In this part, the author analyzes the difference between understanding things and understanding human. To understand something means to recognize it by different ways. To understanding somebody is not only a cognitive process but also an emotional process. Understanding between teachers and students has the same characters as it has between human and human, but it also has some different characters. The author analyzes the differences in this part. At the end of this part the author introduces relative researches on the understanding between teachers and students.Part II: Analyzing the problems about understanding between teachers and students and their harmful influences.To know the problems about understanding between teachers and students not onlycauses our alertness but also gives us clues to solve the problems. In this part, the author analyzes the problems of misunderstanding and lack of understanding between teachers and students. Then, the author also analyzes the harmful influences of these two problems.Part III: Analyzing factors which influence the understanding between teachers and students.There are a lot of factors affecting the understanding between teachers and students, which include subjective aspect and objective aspect. Considering this paper's aim, the author only chooses the subjective aspect to analyze the problem, that is, the author analyzes teachers' and students' influence on the problem.Part IV: Analyzing tactics on improving the understanding between teachers and students effectively.In this part, the author suggests that teachers should make efforts on improving the understanding between teachers and students in two ways. One is to get teachers and students to know each other better. The other is to make teachers and students communicate more and better. At last, the author provides three models to improve the understanding between teachers and students. |
