' The standard of the full day-time compulsory education to the math courses (experiment draft)' made by the ministry of education was promulgated in 2001 that indicated the in due form beginning of our nation's new math courses reformation. The new math courses reformation can not apart from the initiative enlist of the most teachers who are in the, front teaching line and are the key factor to the courses reformation go on freely.This paper studies the new changes of the new math courses in the elementary school that is mainly from the four sides: the basic thoughts, the targets, the contents and the practice, and brings forward the elementary math teachers needed enhance themselves qualities continuously and adjust the ideas and the roles that confronts such new changes to fit and boost the practice of the new math courses.Through the studies to the problem we hope it can help the most elementary math teachers to comprehend and actualize the new courses and boost the improvement of the specialty itself and also hasten the elementary school training institution to cultivate the new courses that do our pygmy effort to the new math courses reformation.
