With the approach of the 21stcentury,the quality of labors in the society has been playing a much more important role in the economy than ever. VSS are the very frontier to cultivate labors with high quality, and that Chinese teachers of VSS, whose quality always greatly influence students play a key role in the position, so the task to improve the quality of these educators is under the circumstances .At present some of the Chinese teachers are not worth their salt. The passage will discuss theoretically the key role and the component parts of Chinese teachers, analyze the existing limitation, and then draw a conclusion from different facts. According to the status quo and the demand of the development of society Chinese teaching must pay more attention to the three qualities among students---the civil quality, the quality of learning for long life and the quality of carving out a career. To foster the students' qualities and meet the demand of our society, we, as Chinese teachers, should face directly our shortcomings and develop our own quality according to students' characteristics and personalities. Firstly, stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of the students; secondly, be always ready to communicate with your students and try to become their friends; thirdly, be qualified with the ability for further study. In order to enhance the quality of Chinese teachers of VSS, we should fully realize the importance of vocational education and reform the teaching materials. Meanwhile we should also use the experience from abroad as reference, rebuild the content for further study of Chinese teachers, and establish and perfect the appointed system in VSS.
