Preface:It is said that the "sports agent" is called golden career in many developped countries.. In China, we have admitted their importance and rationalization. During the early professionalization of sports, the behavior of Chinese sports agents have not standarded yet and the professional range has been limitted. In the present, the character, affecting factors and the choice of agent behavior have not been detailed and special research in the special environment, in other words, this is a weak link of the field of research of sports agents. This research tries to discuss those questions so that it can offer foundation to the theories which are suited to the national conditions and have practical and trained meaning. So we can improve our sports marketing to be sound and order. To the ascendant sports agents industry, this can have the sole of volunteering to give an opinion so that others may follow suit.Conclusion:1 .With the developping of commodity economy and the perfect of marketing system, the morden behavior of sports agents have been flourishing together.2.With the deep and enlarging of the level of professionalization of sports, the content and range of the behavior of sports agents will be enlarged.3.It is showed that the sports agents have been the role of manufacturer in the course by building the pattern of agent behavior. They make the commodities' value increased. So we all three can gain benefit.4.In general, the behavior of sports agents has connected with the command, the quality and the superiority of sports agents and special time and space.5.Benefit which can meet some kinds of needs has become a laver to regulate the behavior of sports agents; the law, the rules, the morals and the customs have become the mainly means of controlling the behavior of sports agents.Suggestion:1 .We should standard the ralationship between government and sports agents,should clear cut the duty of each side and place the right position of oneself,and transfer the social duties to the sports agents.2.In order to solve the innormal phenomener which have showed the less of quantity and kinds and formed an incomplete set, we should try our best to develop the enterprise-company system of organization.3.We should strengthen the building of quality of oneself and build the training system which is suited to the natural condition.4.The main body of market must learn to make good use of sports agents to serve for themselves,and share the benefit from social dividing work.5.Through disseminating all the people could really have concrete and distinct understanding of sports agent and learn to make business with them.
