Class is the basic unit to nurse and educate infants in the kindergartens. It is the first formal social organization that infants attend. One of the class organization's features is that it has strict class norms. The paper is to illustrate the connotations of kindergartens' class norms and their functions in helping infants' physical and mental development and accomplishing class education tasks. It is also to analyse the types of kindergartens' class norms and standardized educating process. In the paper, the faults of kindergartens' class standardized teaching methods are delineated-more attention paid to restraint punishment and verbal instructions than to freedom persuasion and personal examples. The causes for the faults are probed into-educational opinion of taming infants teachers-dominating attitude and (teachers') narrow opinions toward infants. In addition, some advices on how to improve class standardized education are put forward. That is, the norms should be valid, infants' initiative and creativity should be cultivated and the infants teachers should be professionally qualified.
