The article shows solicitude for the contemporary life and reform of education, and for the quality education, which is deduced from close attention to the human existing condition. The essay treats of the necessity to understand the quality education from the view of philosophy. The research of the subject quality of education philosophy deduces that scientific understanding the quality education needs the guidance of the scientific human theory 桵arx' human theory.Then, the article summarizes Marx' human theory, trying to understand the quality education under the guidance of its main viewpoints and contents, and reaches a series of conclusions that the quality education is humanity education or big education, which has various natures of eternity, subjectivity, reality, and that the relationship between education and development is the logical prerequisite of the quality education's value approach. These conclusions are organically linked together, they commonly demonstrate that the quality education bases on Marx' human theory.After interpreting the quality education's value approach, the essay analyses the problems concerning the implementation of the quality education by means of the systems analysis, These problems include the aims and the evaluations, the conditions and the channels, the questions that should be noticed. The author advances some constructive proposals during the process of analysis.lThe article contains four chapters, they are arranged by the author according to the following logical system.The first chapter is "Introduction", revolving around two questions, "the big human social background of the quality education" and "the present situation of the quality education", this chapter looks at the following theories: that human society exists on the foundation of labor and practice; the educational practice is an eternal, historical, special part of human social practice; human social development of history demands the deep revolution of the contemporary educational practice. In China, the contemporary education reform can be substituted for by the quality education. But, the present situation of the quality education's theory and practice demands a philosophical reflection, and also the deepest detailed inquiry of human thought into the quality education.The second chapter is "Understanding education philosophy". Revolving around three nuclear questions, "the thought dimension of education philosophy", "human theory is the prerequisite of education philosophy", and "Marx' human theory is scientific", the author thinks it is rational and inevitable to choose the dimension of education philosophy in order to understand the quality education. Thus, the article reaches human theory and Marx' human theory. By summarizing Marx' human theory, the author proves its scientific feature, explains its inevitability to be the basis of the quality education. So the author exploits a distinctive field of theory vision, from which thequality education can be reflected.The third chapter is "Interpreting the quality education". After discussing the question of "the advancement of the quality education and its concept", the article tries to explain the quality education under the guidance of the main viewpoints and contents of Marx' human theory, and concludes that the quality education is humanity education or big education, and so on. The article also attempts to construct conceptual form system of the quality education's value approach, and to refine its general views and ideas of education.In the eyes of the author, it is necessary that the quality education should be understood from the view of education philosophy, from the idea of big education. The quality education has to transcend the traditional education, the examination-oriented education, the utilitarian education and the instrumental education, creating an education that advocates human right, democracy, freedom, equality, and fairness of socialism and communism, in all, a real meaning education.
