Teachers' sense of efficacy is one of important education view of teacher. Some overseas researches show that teachers' sense of efficacy is closely related to their working zeal and teaching effects, which not only influences distinctly the selection and stability of the teaching activities, but also influences the teachers' attitude to the teaching difficulty, therefore, the research about the teachers' sense of efficacy , especially the research of its affecting, are very important to improve teachers' quality and strengthening the construction of teachers group. This research discusses the teachers' sense of efficacy and its affecting by means of the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative description in statistics.The results showed:1 .On the whole, the teachers' sense of efficacy is on upper-middle level2.This research proves academic degree of distinctly influences the efficacy of teachers i The teacher who graduated from a university or a training school has higher sense of efficacy than those who graduated from a secondary school, whether the teacher is in charge of class distinctly influences the teachers' sense of efficacy ,The sense of efficacy of the teachers in charge of a class is higher man those who are not; Both the length of being a teacher and their position commonly interact the teachers' sense of efficacy .3.There are multivariate correlation between the varions factor of school and the teachers' sense of efficacy, especially the condition and moral of school, and the relation between teachers and students distinctly influence to the general teaching efficacy , The personal developing possibility, the school people relation, the relation between teachers and students , distinctly influence the personal teaching efficacy .4.The perceived causes of success and failure of a teacher influence the teachers' sense of efficacy, teacher who think their own internal factors determin students' achievements have higher sense of efficacy than those who think external factors function , a teacher who attribute the failure of student to teacher not working hard has higher sense of efficacy than that attributing teachers' ability.5.The value view of a teacher influences the teachers' sense of efficacy, the efficacy of teacher who set a high value on their personal family and material life, has lower sense of efficacy than those who on making oneself and winning social acception.6.In this research , the teachers , who like the career, has higher sense of efficacy than teachers being forced to select the career, and the teacher who would like to repelcct the teaching career, has higher sense of efficacy than those would not...
