The Research On Protective Function Of University Moral Against University Students' Crime

As a special group of national culture quality, contemporary college students are fresh troops who undertake the mission of disseminating modern civilization to construct our motherland. And our country and our people have earnest expectations of these college students. But the university students' crime has been getting more and more serious for the past few years.while the problems of lacking of moral education in universities reflected by them also arouses extensive concern. It is of great importance to put the moral education of universities into full use to effectively prevent the university students' crime. This thesis focuses on this issue.At present, most people have realized that university moral deficiency is one of the important reasons of university students' crime, and there are many researches on strengthening university moral to prevent university students' crime in the academic circles. But university moral and university students' crime are different concept, what difference and relationship between them so that the former can boycott the latter's occurence? There is no answer in the academic world. To solve the problem, the author profoundly analyze culture relations between university moral and university students' crime, and ulteriorly expound culture mechanism of university moral against university students' crime, and explain the probability and necessity. Based on these, the writer develop the idea that university moral has the function which can take precautions against university students' crime, we call it protective function. Besides, the writer analyze concrete reflection and features of the protective function, and analyze influencing factor of the protective function from the perspectives of the structure of university moral,.Moreover, the author submit detailed opinions on the protective function of university moral through assimilating the related theories and experience from the subjects of pedagogy, crime, moral education etc.
