Students in the stricken areas of mental state can not be optimistic,there are more serious psychological disorder. Middle school students for the existence of disaster mental health problems, this study combines sports, teaching characteristics, through physical activity to improve the mental health of students, thereby enhancing the mental health of students. This study adopts an overall sampling method in order to the sixty-two Sichuan affected Vocational Students of the Great Red Eagle Vocational and Technical College of Ningbo City as the research object. In this study the use of SCL-45 symptom checklist of sixty-two symptoms of the subject self-evaluation. In this study, the research objects before the experiment to investigate the basis of experiments using packet method, the experimental group more than three times a week of sports activities for secondary school students a period of ten weeks of sports teaching experiment, the psychological tests before and after experiment health status indicators to explore the physical activity of the disaster mental health promotion role of the middle school students. While the normal control group teaching management, through the ten weeks of sports teaching experiment, and then the experimental group and control group students psychologycal measurement, according to measurement results,comparing the experimental group and control group students in a variety of psychological symptoms change to draw a conclusion.The results show that:(1) Middle School Students of the SCL-45 scores were higher than the national norm, and there is significant difference, indicating the existence of high school student serious psychological problems.(2) SCL-45 test showed that in secondary school students SCL-45 in various factors in order to F7 (Fear Factor)and F2 (force factor) is the most obvious; followed by F8 (anxiety factor)and F4 (interpersonal sensitivity factor); the rest of the order of for the F3 (depression factor), F1 (somatization factor), F5(paranoid factor),F9(mental factor),F10(other) and F6 (hostility factor).(3) Experiments were tested before and after the mental health test results show that the experimental group of psychiatric symptoms in the somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal relations, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, psychotic have been well improved and the number of positive items and the positive items, were a few also have a significant change, indicating physical activity on mental health disaster middle school students with good role in promoting.(4) Through the experimental results show that: physical activity on mental health status of middle school students have significantly improved the students the role of positive symptoms are significantly reduced, indicating physical activity on mental health status of middle school students have a very significant role in promoting.
