| The ideological and political education in China has passed 25 years as an independent discipline since 1984. For more than 20 years, with the economic and social development, the ideological and political education has made remarkable achievements on cultivating college students, the ideological and political work of school, promoting the construction of the school and ensurance of the socialist characteristics of university. At the same time, the ideological and political education itself also made encouraging progress.However, with the development of the times, it now faces great challenges due to emancipation of the mind and diverse values. There still exists a serial of urgent problems which need to be addressed. The core of these problems of ideological and political education is the lack of an optimized structure which can meet the rapid development of the times. Based on the background, this paper aims to build a value system which can keep up with the times through a deep research of the current ideological and political education in colleages.The paper discusses the necessity for the value reconstruction of ideological and political education and puts forwards four prepequisites: the ideological premise, the material premise, the original motive and the cultural motive. From practical operation level, this paper proposes six strategies regarding the reconstruction of the ideological and political education value: adjusting of the basic guiding principle; optimizing of the subject structure; improving the environment; building a new and strong team; adjusting and optimizing the organization and system structure; constructing a smooth feedback system with sensitive information. |
