The Innovative Research On Methods Of Network Education For Instructor

The instructor, as the qualified constructor to raise and accomplish socialism and the reliable organizer and the executor, is the main army of education and the management in university to the student. Instructor's network education method also becomes more and more important which is studied by the scholar. The thesis is the innovative research in the method of instructor network education, the research aims to the instructor how to launch the network education under the new situation. This thesis carried on the analysis to the current time background as well as the present situation of instructor network education method's research. According to the interview with some instructors in Shanxi University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Taiyuan Normal University, and analyzing the present situation of method of instructor network education earnestly. Then handed out questionnaires, "Questionnaire on Present Situation of Instructor Network Education Method", to these university's students, has had more objective materials about the method of instructor network education at present, and has studied the existence question and the reason of this method. On this foundation, this thesis has constructed a set of system of instructor network education method rationally, and proposed the innovative suggestion for the instructor network education method, it helps the instructor to transform the concept as soon as possible, and to utilize the scientific method of network education. The thesis seize the brand-new concept of"Responsible for development of students lifelong, service to student to grow matures"closely, establishes the master line of on the foundation of concerning to the crosswise education of each student matured, and the longitudinal cultivation from freshman to senior, to promote the student progressed unceasingly to counseling core of"three-dimensional system educational pattern". And hope to provide some achievable and significant helps to instructor's education method.
