Research On The Long-effect Mechanism Of Ideological And Polotical Education In College Dormitories

The purpose of this paper is: based on the further reform and development of Universities, the ideological and polotical education in dormitories of college is faced with new challenges and problems. It is necessary to find out the problems and the causes through investigation and analysis, then establish a new long-term mechanism of ideological and polotical education in dormitories of college and achieve the target that promote effects of ideological education and develop the healthy growth of students.In this thesis, the authors used questionnaire survey, interviewing method to carry out research in several universities in Beijing. Then find out the current situation with deficiencies and main causes of the ideological and polotical education in college dormitories. Ultimately propose the proposal of build a long-effect mechanism of ideological education in college dormitories.The global research perspective is the innovation of this thesis which strive to overall grasp of the key elements of ideological and polotical education in college dormitories, including leadership, subjects, objects, principles, environment, system, power which integrate and coordinate with each other, thus formation an in-depth, systematic, and sustained long-term mechanism in ideological and polotical education in college dormitories which could achieve the purpose of enhancing the education effects, promoting the healthy growth of students and build a harmonious campus.
