Task analysis is an important part in the instructional design, and plays a communication role between learning theory and teaching theory. Over the past decade,we have found the task analysis of articles about subjects growing through the literature,but nobody study task analysis of ideological and political course.The article attempts to apply task analysis theory and technology into the ideological and political classroom instructional design, in order to make political teaching accord with the laws of learning and teaching.The first part, describes the origin of task analysis,definition,function and process.By drawing on scholars of the definition of task analysis, combined with the actual ideological and political course that the so-called ideological and political teaching task analysis means in the classroom activities prior to present the target level of the course, and then to analyse the the study result which include in the target and to clear the students'starting point ability, the final to analyse enabling objectives that ranged between starting capacity and the end goal.The second part, clears statement of the basic elements of teaching objectives including: cognitive agent, external behavior, behavioral conditions and standards of conduct. The "actors" is undoubtedly the students; "external behavior" that action verbs; "behavioral conditions" produce learning outcomes that affect the specific restrictions or specific constraints; "Standards of Conduct" is expected to reach a minimum level to evaluate the academic performance or the degree of learning outcomes achieved. And these basic elements used in statements "China' distribution system" objectives.The third part, by analysing the results of classification theory of learning, propose the ideological and political classroom learning classification:declarative knowledge, wisdom skills'knowledge, cognitive strategies, affective and value knowledge.The fourth part, through between new knowledge and old knowledge relationship, and the diagnostic results before class, to determine the students' starting ability. Between new knowledge and old knowledge' relationship include:the upper relationship, the lower relationship and the portfolio relationship.Diagnosis before class, you can work through the students'quizzes, pre-class interview, and ask questions to know the students'knowledge of the original or the new understanding of degree.The fifth part, on the basis of clarifying the meaning of enabling goal to clear its process:1. Determine the first layer of sub-skills; 2. Determine the second level sub-skills; 3. Determine the third layer and the next sub-skills; 4. To determine when to stop decomposition of sub-skills; 5. Construction of learning levels; 6. Test learning level. Ultimately, with "China's distribution system" completed the whole process of task analysis.In short, to correctly apply "task analysis" is to produce the necessary conditions for good teaching effect. Therefore, the task analysis in instructional design should cause teachers note.
