How to manage the Challenges Liaoning's middle agriculture vocational education Faces, service for "Farmers, Rural Areas, Agriculture Production" better, promote Liaoning rural area economic development, is an emergent problem to be solved. Find out the scale,structure,spots number of agriculture specialty,experiment and practice conditions,teachers procession etc., Response to estimate to development trend and demand of agriculture Junior high school class talented person, decision-making reference was offered for related departments on setting down the development programming for Liaoning middle agricultural vocational education, making it walk out the corner as soon as possible, healthy development, which was the aim of this research.Through the preliminary acquaintanceship for middle vocation education status quo and development home and aboard, Liaoning agriculture vocation education background,development status,structure,scale teaching staff status,running school condition etc., were cognizant of exist difficult of recruit,management teaching,obtain employment and Vocational Technical School run a school,teaching model are single relatively; many school teaching quality improve slowly, but still advanced junior college eagerly; the gross of junior high school graduate is cut down gradually, the phenomena of contended students by vocational schools was very serious. Nowadays, the total amount of new entrants and enrolled was increasing and the amount of new entrants and enrolled in agricultural adult technical secondary school and vocational high schools (vocational educational center) also was increasing. Agricultural adult technical secondary school and vocational high schools (vocational educational center) were the largest. For compared school average agriculture specialty students, agriculture specialty average students in agriculture vocational secondary schools have been increasing. Agriculture specialty is not the main part of all the schools, the amount of Cropping specialty always held important position, livestock-raising specialty is raise rapidly, agricultural machinery specialty is down rapidly, agriculture management specialty is maintain low level in proportion. Liaoning agriculture vocational secondary schools should maintain the exist rate of cropping specialty, attach much importance to develop livestock-raising specialty, meantime develop agriculture branch technical specialty which combined with economic development and modern technology field. Student collect non-agricultural specialty but agricultural specialty to study at agriculture vocational secondary schools, this phenomenon should to be taken seriously. The rate of bachelor degree in Liaoning agriculture vocational secondary schools teaching staff is creasing, specialty in agricultural students and teachers ratio shows a ascendant trend, is higher than average, the amount of teacher need complement more, "student occupy number" in running condition has approached developing area level in our country in Liaoning middle agriculture vocational education, but the proportion of teaching,practice resource is lower than capital asserts, need increase practice resource build, offered good practice skill training condition for students.In brief, this subject start with the Liaoning agriculture vocational secondary schools, analyzed the present status quo,development and existing problems. This study was undertaken to solving the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers, taken practical measures, put forward ways,countermeasures and guarantee measure to improve competitiveness for Liaoning agriculture vocational secondary schools, ensure agriculture vocational secondary schools sound development in the national economy.
