Inner Mongolia University Of Science And Technology High Level Women Basketball Player Achievement Goal Orientation And Attribution Of Related Research

At present, with the development of basketball, a basketball player needs not only has excellent physical quality, superb technology level, but also to have the strong psychological quality. Psychological resistance gradually plays a vital role in the modern athletics sports competition. In the early 1980s, our country began to pay attention to the research work on sports psychological training and it developed rapidly. Nowadays, all the research works are focusing on skills and tactics in the elite basketball team number in the university, the psychological research is few as compared to it. The elite women basketball team comes from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology (IMUST), their unstable performance during the three times in and outside competition was considered to large extent on psychological quality.Literature material method, interviews with experts, psychological measurement and mathematical statistics method are widely used in this research. Fifteen elite women basketball team numbers were taken as the objective of in the goal orientation and attribution test. By the test, we can get to know the current situation and factors about goal orientation and attribution and further study on the relationship between them. The study results in elite women basketball team numbers of IMUST showed as follows:First of all, there was no difference between two goal orientations. The key players better than substitutes, the athletes who are training years are also better than less years. There are no significantly differences among the goal orientations in different position; Second, the success of the attribution tendencies situation was internal, controllable unstable, in contrast, the reasons for failure were external, uncontrolled and unstable factors; Third, when the years trained female athletes facing the success situation, they were more controllable and stable, and when facing failure, they were more unstable. Key players in a bench were more likely internal and controllable whether in success or failure attribution. So the nation rank 2 athletes will succeed more internal, controllable attribution and stable, and they will fail to because unstable factors; Fourth, the higher their task, the success attribution tend to more internal, controllable and stable, and the attribution tendencies in failure were uncontrollable; Fifth, the orientation level was a positive factor which affected the results. The best athlete's attribution was relatively more science and beneficial; Sixth, there was a significant correlation between goal orientation and attribution. Their combined action not only affected the attitudes about training and competition, but also the results of game.
