Research On Reformation Of The Management System For Chinese Medium Agriculture Vocational Education

The development of social economy is closely related to the development of education. The Management System of Medium Agriculture Vocational Education should correspond with the demand of the socialist market economy, which is the inevitable requirement of the intermediate agriculture vocational education.After reviewing and understanding the history of China the Medium Agriculture Vocational Education reform in the management system, the text generally summarizes the characters of the management system and systematically analyzes the cause and restraining factor of reformation. Then based on the research of international development trend of the medium agriculture vocational education and evaluating the management level in the whole world, we have found the gaps and the use of reference. On these basis, we have forecast and idea the trance of management system reform ,providing use of references to the research and implement of the medium agriculture vocational education, and put forward the suggestion of the medium agriculture vocational education of China in the management system reform.The thesis is divided into four Parts:Chapte1, introduction.This chapter illustrates the research background, the purpose and fundamental significance, general review, some concepts and so on.Chapte2, It reviews the history of China the medium agriculture vocational education reform in the management system, which is divided into four stages: the foundation and destruction stage of the medium agriculture vocational education management system (1950-1976), the recovery and the growth stage of the medium agriculture vocational education management system (1976-1984), the innovation and development stage of the medium agriculture vocational education management system (1985-1996),the full construction stage of the medium agriculture vocational education management system(since1997).Chapte3, It describes the basic situation of the medium agriculture vocational education management system of China, and systematically analyzes the causes and restraining factor of reformation. And the same time, it analyzes the American, Japanese and Canadian advanced management system and generalizes their successful experiences. Chapte4, Based on the overseas and domestic experience and the current situation in China, the author proposes the reforming conception and put forward the safeguards of the medium agriculture vocational education of China in the management system reform.
