Analysis And Research The Younster Health And Health Management Present Situation, Has Analyzed Fujian High School

Health has drawn a lot of attention from peoples and countries. It is of vital importance to the prosperity of all the nations to enhance the health and growth of teenagers in senior high schools who are often treated as a privileged group. However, the alarming and deteriorating physical condition of teenagers in senior high schools of China has aroused great concern. Thus, Chinese government attaches such great importance to the health of teenagers in senior high schools that she has made some policies and taken some measures. For instance, regulations on the health management of teenagers in senior high schools were carried out. Although China is still at the initial and exploratory phase to set up a corresponding system, some provinces and municipalities has practised the management regulations according to their own conditions, among which Fujian province is a representative one. In order to put into practice the management on physical conditions and constitute of teenagers in senior high schools, Fujian People's Government has released the notice forwarded by the General Office of Fujian People s Government about the Provincial Ministry of Education and other ministries on the implementation of responsibilities assigned by the State Council in accordance with different departments'respective duties about enhancement of teenagers'sportsmanship and physical conditions, as well as the notice on the construction plan of teenagers'off-campus sports center printed and distributed by the General Office of Fujian People's Government. Besides, this province has taken a series of steps to encourage more teenagers in senior high schools to participate in sports to enhance physical condition. In October,2010, Fujian province did the sixth large-scale survey and supervision of health condition since the establishment of research system on the health of province-wide teenagers in senior high schools in 1985. From what has been mentioned above, we can figure out that Fujian province has paid much attention on the health of teenagers in senior high schools. However, it deserves further empirical research and study to see whether the construction of management on health of teenagers in senior high schools in province is effective, whether the mode of management can meet actual needs of teenagers in senior high schools and whether their physical health has been improved.I have investigated the actuality of the management on the health of teenagers in Fujian senior high schools through methods of documentation, questionnaire, specialists interview etc. It turns out that present health management in Fujian cannot meet the high demand teenagers in senior high schools. On the other hand, it goes well in the health management while some problems exist, such as insufficient administrative staff, inadequate money, inefficient physical measurement and evaluation, which will lay a severe impact upon the health management on teenagers in Fujian senior high schools.This thesis will put forward relevant policies served as practise guidelines on the basis of research analysis to realize the hannonious and sustainable development of health management of teenagers in senior high schools nationwide.
