"Guided Learning plan" is a study plan made by teachers, who read a lot of books, based on the cognitive level, knowledge and experience of students', the purpose is to guide students to construct knowledge by themselves. It Play an important role in biology teaching of high school. first, it can change the teachers' teaching mode, such as it can make a teacher who have a variety of roles from the role of a single, make a teacher into is a guider of students from a teacher who is considered "teaching all the time in class", make a teacher into "creative educator" from "passive educator". Second, it can change the way of students' learning, such as it can reflects the dominant position of students, train the exploratory way of learning, train students' ability of innovation. Last but not least, it can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.Guided Learning plan is designed based on some theories, such as constructivist theory and humanistic theory. In addition, designed of guided Learning plan needs to follow certain principles, the principle of student is the protagonist, the principle of care to all students, the principle of arousing and guiding students' learning, the principle of inspire students' innovation, and so on.During the investigation, this article investigates and analyzes the application status of guided learning plan using methods of questionnaire investigation and literature material. The results show that 70 percent of biology teachers in high school prefer using guided learning plan assisting. Students are not very satisfied with the effect of the design which needs to be improved, although teachers are from the student point of view. Compared with the normal mode of teaching, the teaching using "guided learning plan" make students feel more relax in learning, have higher efficiency of study and have more interesting of biology. In addition, the use of guided learning plan is obviously improving the students' abilities of autonomous learning, inquiry-based learning, innovative thinking and team learning.In addition, some more detail results is achieved, compared with Hong Shan high school of Wuhan City and First Middle School of Jiang Xia, the use of guided learning plan in First Middle School of Xinxiang City have more effect. Moreover, whether preferences of Biology or not, it direct impacts on the use effect of guided learning plan.Finally, this essay puts forward personal point of view about the using of guided learning plan in high school biology. First of all, to the departments of education administrative, the suggestions are perfect evaluation system of test and increase the intensity of the training of teachers; second, to the school, the suggestions are allocation course duration reasonably, perfect evaluation system of teachers and carry out the educational research; last, to teachers, the advices are improve their self-cultivation and professional attainment, perfect evaluation system of students and learn course standard in-depth, research learning of students.This paper writing aims to statistics the application status and the use effect of guided learning plan, in order to make the general teachers and students know more about guided learning plan, to develop the interest of biology and to develop the independence study ability, finally, improve the quality of teaching completely, further implement and carry out education for all-round development, for the purpose of developing more efficient high-quality and comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors.
