"Design and creation" of information technology in high school elective module is one of six elective modules. Due to the content of this module includes the image processing and animation design, it is easy for students to learn. Many schools choose the elective module for the teaching content. Many teachers place attention to this modules, for example:teaching objectives, teaching content and methods of research.After reading a lot of literature, I have gone to some high schools of Shanghai to learn the siuation, problems and needs in. Based in analysis of these issues, the author raises a solution which redesign this selective module in the form of the school-based curriculum. This research will redesign from five aspects in the module:the concept of curriculum development, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching activities and teaching evaluation. At the same time, two specific cases have been shown in order to demonstate more details. Some experienced teachers had been invited to evaluate the school-base curriculum. This research aims to solve some issues in the module of information technology in high school and give a module of the schoole-based curriculum of.In this study, there are some innovative:Firstly, in aspect of contents of curriculum, this research has been enriched more contents whichcan meets the daily needs of students and stimulate interest in learning.Secondly, the location of curriculum in this research is no only in classroom, the research mix traditional teaching with online-learning. In this research, Moodle just as a aids for traditional teaching which can provides a good environment for teachers and students to communicate and independent study.Finally, the evaluation of the students abandons the emphasis on the technical perspective in the past. The research explore a new perspective in the evaluation of students which emphasis on the technical and artistic quality. Meanwhile in this research the evaluation combinates process assessment and formative evaluation.
