Starting from the source of innovation capability of STIT, the text explores its connotation and characteristic. Based on this, the text builds the index system of innovation capability evaluation of STIT of universities. Then the text evaluates the STIT of universities in Zhejiang province with the practical method of AHP combined with grey and fuzzy theory, and provides the approach to improve the innovation capability of STIT of universities in Zhejiang province.Based on the study.the suggestions to improve the innovation capability of STIT of universities in Zhejiang province:1. Accelerate the reformatiom of system and mechanism.build the innovation system adapt to the development of society and universities.and increase the transformation of achievements in scientific research.2.
