Research On Education Quality Management System Of Sports Industry Management Of Beijing Sport University

Ever since the 1990s, China has accomplished prominent achievements in higher education and realized the popularization of higher education. While affirming the rapid development of higher education, we should pay more attention to the education quality. Education quality is the core of education, ensuring and improving education quality is the eternal pursuit of educational reform and development. The Stratrgy of Developing the Country through Science and Education and the Stratrgy of Sustainale Development highlight new requirements and goals for the development of higher education. Higher institutions are faced with the important tasks to reform in education and to improve education quality in teaching.In this thesis, resorting to literature collection, expert interview survey, case study, drawing on education and quality management methods, the author analyse the education quality management of the Sports Industry Manegement of Beijing Sport Universuty, and compare it with Shanghai Institute of Physical Education and Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, the purpose is to identify the features and shortcomings, then learn the experience of their school and set up the education manegement system of Beijing Sport University. The result shows that:1.As a new speciality, Sports Industry Management need to define its orientation, and to meet the sports professional, market and industry as a starting point, thus develop special students for sports and social development;2. Sports Industry Management needs to set education quality and student's needs as the center, and process management philosophy as a guide, then make a whole process management of the teaching, encourage all the faculty to participate in the process, then improve the quality of sports industry management education; 3.Sports Industry Management needs to do some improvement in the organizational structure, rules and norms, evaluation system and continuous improvement;4. The thesis offers the education quality management system and from a theoretical point, analysing its elements, standard, process, evaluation and improvement;5. Some advices on the education quality management of Sports Industry Management of Beijng Sport University:clear professional standards; establish the process control system; the formation of internal and external evaluation of combined model; to creat a sound mechanism for continuous improvement; and build a network platform for education quality management.
