The public stadium and gymnasium have important function in the modern society.It is the base for the national fitness,platform for the development of the sports industry, place for mass gathering and the demonstration of comprehensive economic power. it has always been attached great importance to government departments at all levels, the government has invested heavily in building a large number of facilities.Of the CPC Central Committee in 1984 in the"further development of sports on the notice"clearly states that:"the progressive realization of sports facilities to enterprises and semi-enterprise management."Facilities management from the very beginning for the cause of management changes to the operator, in the"body-based, multi-business"approach, under the guidance of a revenue-generating facilities and reduce the financial burden as a major objective,and actively carry out the operation and management reforms.After many years of exploration, the operation of facilities has changed greatly,to some extent, ease the lack of funding,but there are still many problems and difficulties on the the operation and management of facilities, and it's necessary to further deepen the reform.Using the methods of documentation, inspection, questionnaire investigation, and mathematical statistics, the article makes a more in-depth study on the present situation of Jiyuan Basketball City Development Co., Ltd in management and administration.Conclusions are as follows:1. The enterprise reform of the company conform to the trend of sports venues management, the current company management mode in physical cultural administrative department follow the rules of our market economy, it is not only beneficial to the company's investment promotion and operation of enterprise, but also can ensure the realization of social benefits as a public sports facilities and prevent the loss of state-owned assets.2. The company implements reform on appointment system, it accords with a requirement on the policies of national relevant state institutions personnel system reform. It implements service outsourcing on venue facilities clean, security work and so on, it not only greatly reduces the service costs and the super, but improves greatly the service level and quality.3. In"to the body is given priority to, a variety of business"the policy guidance, the business scope of the company develops unceasingly, the service content is unceasingly rich, and the mode of operation with independent operation is given priority to, a variety of means to coexist. The company established a special charge of the market development department, besides advertising and other intangible assets developed beginning.4. The results of the company's enterprise reform are not obvious, the internal management system is not perfect, it has not set up effective incentive mechanism. The staff cultural level of the company is not high and the lack of professional management staff, resulting in the management way behind and the marketing method lack of innovation.5. The company's management way relatively still behind, help introduce competition mechanism, and with the external professional organization of professional experience and advantage of entrustment operation and other advanced methods of management in the company's management is not yet been applied.
