Study On University Self-discipline Based On The Regularity Of Higher Education

This research takes law of higher education external and internal relationship as a foundation, with a fresh perspective from the theoretical and practical aspects. The author thinks, the main body of self-discipline is the university, through the principle or behavior standard of self-regulation, according to certain rules to regulate their own behavior, motile to realize rule to guide the affairs of the university, make the university can do a "unifying" border. Therefore, this study analyses, researches and discusses from the higher education external relation, higher education internal relation and self-discipline, dialectical unity and university discipline.On the one hand, the external relation reflects the social attribute of higher education, it means higher education should adapt to the development of society. Higher education must be restricted by certain social factors and also give service to the political, economic and cultural. Under the effect of external relationship, the relation between university and society has shown in two ways, "to serve" and "to be controlled". The university which is self-discipline is able to adapt to the requirements of social development actively, but also do the further moderate advance. Always adhere to the self-discipline attitude can make the university to face the development of society with prudence and criticism attitude. University walks out of ivory tower doesn't mean far away from it, university should always stick to the "ivory tower" spirit, the self-discipline lets the university to protect our academic spirit and pure culture, furthermore use a positive attitude to adapt to and serve for the society. On the other hand, the internal relation reveals the education essential attribute. Higher education's task is to develop senior specialized talents. In the macro level of university self-discipline balances "serve" and "limited", and in the micro-level requires university research personnel growth characteristics and regularity. Finally, the self-discipline makes university pay attention to the relationship between the external and internal relation, they are influencing, restricting and interacting mutually, furthermore, higher education must also attention the unity between the internal and external relationships. The unity relation namely from university avenue to analyze, throughing the eight items to realize. So, self-discipline makes university always with a high standard and applying posture to examine itself, and through the self-examination to consummate itself. The study finally put forwards that university self-discipline has different reflects to realize, follow and fulfill the regularity of higher education in different periods, and now, the key moment for higher education is facing great development and reform, the period reflect of university self-discipline in regard to the regularity of higher education is to establish the modern university system that fits to the state of our country in order to make the university do better "legislation" and further development, in this way can university obtain the new opportunity and vitality in the fierce competition.
