With the rapid development of our country's economy and further advancement of national policy which is relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, our country has started the new round high school elementary education curriculum reform. Under the educational management system, how to establish one kind of more effective incentive and restraint mechanism in the high school stage, to better promote the development of quality education and students'expertise to play a character, to create more space for faster, more and better qualified personnel, it is a reasonable choice to implement a credit system for the general high school and to construct a rather perfect scientific curriculum system, to design the overall framework for the implementation of the general high school credit system. However, to realize the flexibility and selectivity of the course, it is still an extremely urgent subject in practice that how the school establishes a new, perfect and standard credit system that matches high school curriculum plans, and implements the credit system.This article attempts to start practicing and exploration the implementation of the credit system for our country Ordinary High school. The author analyzes the implementation of the credit system in our country history and at home and abroad. And through empirical study, made a comparison between high school curriculum and specific methods of credit system, the author also analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of high school by the credit system, as well as the achievements. Facing up to the challenges of credit system implemented in our country ordinary high school, the researcher proposes personal views and suggestions of the.implementation of the credit system for the ordinary high school.This paper is composed of four chapters.The first chapter reviews the meaning and history of the credit system. The author summarizes the advantages and disadvantages through the presentation of its emergence and development. Followed by the meaning of credit system for high school and the analysis of its backgrounds and reasons, the researcher discusses the connotation of credit system for high school.In the second chapter, from a global perspective, the author studies the implementation of the credit system for ordinary high school in the USA, Japan, German and Canada. Then the author summarizes the experience and lessons about the implementation of credit system for foreign high school by the comparative study from the courses compulsory elective subjects, credits to set up and the total credits required before graduation.The third chapter addresses the domestic credit system. Through literature research, interview investigation and questionnaire, also synthesizing students'and principals'interview results in ordinary high school, the author analyzes the basic characteristics of the current credit system implemented in ordinary high school and introduces the successful experience and raises the limitations. In the last chapter, the author proposes personal suggestions on how to implement credit system in high school. The researcher also raises the feasible solutions and forecasts the prospects of credit system reform from the course structures。...
