Practical Research Of Layered Education Research

Based on the further study for education and research activities for kindergartens and detail analysis for current situation of management and research activities in kindergarten, the author created "layered education research" method. With the example of layered education research management in one kindergarten in Shanghai, the author did a practice and analysis and give suggestions to education research of kindergarten.At present, with more attention be paid for preschool education, urgent demands were created for improving education level for kindergarten and qualification of all teachers. With the background of "Education Reform 2nd phase", we have to review current situation of kindergarten education. In order to get sustain development for kindergarten teachers, speed up the progress of the reform for management of education research with careful experience reviewed and innovation by practice is needed.The author made a deep analysis for "layered education research". With the concept of "layered education research", potential reform method for education research is created and bring us a new view for education research of kindergarten.The concept of "layered education research" gives an effective method for some kindergartens which is stranded in improving qualification of teachers. From this point of view, this concept has instruction meaning and could be applied to daily operation. At the meantime, "layered education research" promoted the reform of education research management to get a Win-Win situation among kindergarten, teachers and children to get the goal of integrated development.Reform is everlasting, the theory of "layered education research" needs further study and research.
