| The teachers' professional happiness is the important content of teacher career life, but also the important indexes of work and life quality. Teachers' professional happiness, not only helps to promote teachers' professional development, improve education quality, and also helps to teachers stability and social progress and development. But now, secondary vocational teachers' professional tiredness is serious and professional happiness is low. This problem urgently needs our attention and research.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: foreword. Mainly expounds secondary vocational teachers' professional happiness selected the subject of reason, research situation and research goals and priorities, research methods and ideas and research significance.The second part: the secondary vocational teachers' professional happiness and its value. First defines the concept of core career: happiness, professional happiness, teachers' professional happiness, Then analyzed with practical vocational teachers' professional happiness, including the manifestation of the salary and benefits for teachers, teachers' satisfaction to the working environment ,?teachers'satisfaction to teacher-student relationship, teachers' satisfaction of social support, teachers' professional identity and the teacher's job satisfaction from six aspects, etc. Finally expounds secondary vocational teachers' professional sense of value.The third part: the status of secondary vocational teachers' professional happiness survey. First introduced the object of this survey and the preparation of the questionnaire and the interview subjects and outline; and then describes the survey results for teachers overall career happiness, that happiness in the sense of professional teachers in general lower level, it is urgent need to improve, and of different backgrounds (gender, marital status, age, school age, titles, as a teacher, teaching discipline, teaching grade) teachers under the career happiness in doing comparative analysis of differences; and then statistical analysis, respectively, the teachers feel happy in professional life ,the reasons being followed by a stable and secure work, two long holidays, harmonious relationship between the collective work, students'praise and gratitude, respect and support of parents, they don't feel happy in reason of the students find it difficult to work with, the parents don't discipline , teachers' low income , low social status and demanding and unfulfilling, working cumbersome machinery, from the formalism of practical teaching tasks, etc;finally,according to survey results and interview data, analyzed to draw conclusions and identify problems.The fourth part: the secondary vocational teachers' professional happiness in losing cause. Combining with actual from partial teachers "living" as teachers' professional view, most secondary students and parents don't cooperate to discipline, the teachers working in low income, lack of school teachers in a fair and rational evaluation, low social status analysis of the five aspects of the problem causes.The fifth part: the secondary vocational teachers to enhance the well-being of the basic strategy. Mainly from the teachers themselves, school and social dimensions of the teachers to enhance the professional well-being of the basic strategy.
