Teacher classroom situation knowledge is the context of teacher's perception and understanding on classroom situation, including classroom environment, student characteristics, classroom management, etc. Classroom situation knowledge is an important part of the teachers'knowledge structure. It is the basis for teachers to master the classroom and affect the professional development of teachers at a certain extent. Excavate and construct teacher situation knowledge has significant value on improving teaching effectiveness, promoting professional development and conducting school-based research.According to the survey of 212 questionnaires, more than 20 lessons of classroom observation and with more than 10 teachers'in-depth interview. I found the state of teacher classroom situation knowledge as follows: (1) There is no significant differences on gender of teacher classroom situation knowledge, but the female teachers in the understanding, utilization and attain is better than male teachers, while the level of the management of male teachers than female teachers in high. (2) Urban and rural teachers in the classroom situation knowledge of accessibility exist significant differences, urban teachers are superior to rural teachers.(3) Teachers in different subjects of classroom situation knowledge do not exist significant difference.(4) Different grades teachers of classroom situation knowledge do not exist significant difference, but there are some differences in four aspects of classroom situation knowledge, including acquaintance, utilization, attain and management.(5) There are significant differences on age of teaching, basically showed the longer the teach seniority the higher capacity.The structure of teacher classroom situation knowledge is a continuous process, It requires not only efforts of individual teachers to pay, but also depends on the school-related conditions and the construction of the system. In this thesis, on the basis of investigation and research on constructing teacher classroom knowledge made a number of suggestions. On one side, schools have to update teaching facilities; to enhance teaching and learning environment; to organize learning teams. Make full use of collective strength, make up for each others deficiencies and share collective wisdom. On the other side, it is necessary for teachers insight into the classroom situation, capturing brilliant moments; understand the students psychological characteristic, to be a psychoanalyst; absorb the collective wisdom and accumulate good experience; emphasis on reflective teaching and improve the reflective ability. |
