| The research on undergraduates'career decision-making difficulty not only contributes to career guiding theory but also practices for career development .As a mature technique and system of psychotherapy.Sandplay has also capability and value in diagnostic measurement. Therefore, this paper tries to distinguish and intervene the career decision-making difficulty undergraduates by utilizing the sandplay therapy.The study includes two aspects to prove the effects of the distinction and intervention by using sandplay therapy for the career decision-making difficulty undergraduates.Study One: The participants are students volunteered from Liaoning Normal University, 1-4 year. The study uses the Chinese version of CDDQ (Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire) to select 30 students with career decision-making difficulties, and 30 students without difficulties as a control group. The participants started sandplay creation under the theme of profession, expecting to compare the initial sandtrays of students with (career decision-making difficulties) and the control group (ie, without career decision-making difficulties), in order to understand the sandtrays'characteristics of career decision-making difficulties students.Study Two: Under the premise of the best match of the age, sex, education environment, using the case study method on the intervention of two students with difficulties in career decision-making, in order to confirm the effectiveness of sandplay intervention, and to provide schools references for career counseling and education. The results show that:(1)In Sandtrays, characters and human body, furniture construction, sports and transportation toys have higher usage rate in students with difficulties in career decision-making.(2) Students with difficulties in career decision-making works in Sandplay proportion of trauma topic were higher, and significant in the confusion, neglect, prejudice themes.(3) Sandplay in students with difficulties in career decision-making and the control group did not have significant difference in cure themes.(4) In sandplay experiment, the students in the career decision-making were significantly different from control group students in work situation. (5)In the sandtrays, decision-making suduents and control group students were no clearly different in mobile times in the toy, emergence of self-image, moving sand conditions, producting time, the number of Jiugongge's blank areas .(6)Through analysis of the two sandplay therapy, from the initial sandtray, naming and scenes, toys, sand use, self-image, the production time, dimension of space allocation, the result indicates Sandplay Therapy can show and inspire the self-growth potential of students with difficulties in career decision making.(7)By comparison in self-evaluation ,reflection of others and psychological measurement, it shows that the case can migrate the psychological growth in the creation of Sandplay into the real life. This study reveals that Sandplay Therapy has positive effects in intervention for students'career decision-making. |
