The most inportant fuction of School sports is to promote the healthy development of students and improve the quality movement. But at present, the greatest challenge that the school sports facing is the integrated felling of the students'physical quality and the quality of sports technology learning, which directly affects the physical effectiveness of teaching. The control experiment is used in this study, the experiment class takes physical exercise teaching and sets up a number of interesting physical exercises, while the control class goes on in accordance with the normal teaching schedule.In this experiment, the vision research of the development of content-sensitive ability and phisical, main contents are priority development rate, multi-directional speed and balance exercises and different quantitatibe and inteval sprints, which are main contents of the development of content-sensitive vision of coordination ability and physical study of physical development for students lay a solid foundation; to develop the basic strength as the main contents.The research vision, regarding the body weight endurance as the main content, develops the body-based power quality, in order to develop the body physical abilities and the vestibular analyzer function, providing scientific reference for promoting the overall physical development of students actively. With the research ideals, carrying the "short-long" developing mixed oxygen ability as the main content and "drawing interest Enable" approach, as well as different quantitative, fixed distance relay form, combined with a certain fixed distance long-distance running exercises, students'ability of mixed oxygen have been developed comprehensively.The rearch shows:First,the analysis of the experiment class students'passing through results show that the strength, speed, sensitivity, balance and endurance,etc. have been greatly improved. Therefore, the interesting physical exercise effect of the experimental class is superior to the practice effect of the control class's conventional physical education. Second, the analysis of the offense numbers of the test for speed and sensitivity shows that experiment class is stronger than the control class on the accuracy of the movement, reflecting that the experimental class students have improved the ability of body control, as w ell as the control of motor ability, which is conductive to the learning of the future movement technology. Therefore, physical practice should be conducted specially before learning motor skills. Through the observation of the students'classroom performance, students are greatly interested in new methods of practice, participating the fun exercises with high highly enthusiasm, and most of them can participate the exercises actively, so the quality of practice is better. Competition and game methods are usually used in the practice, so the class overall atmosphere is very active, and students have also strengthened feelings between them by coorperation.
