Today, with the helping of technology, the Olympic Movement has gained an unprecedented development, technology not only penetrated all aspects of the Olympic Movement, but also the rules of technical rationality that is the pursuit of quantifiable, calculable, have been internalized into the development of rules of the Olympic Movement.
