Abstract/Summary:
Purpose: this research is mainly design height changes measuring instrument, and measuring the changes within the posture of siting and standing on different static loading, and the change is mainly caused by the shrinkage of the spine or not, and the difference between men and women is has significant difference or not. Measuring the total body length is how to change, the recovery at the first time, the trend in the process of loading ,and get the differences and correlations in several different loading, and what kind of loading could be used to monitor of the dailylife loading.Research object: 14 subjects, including seven male and seven female, aged 24-26. No low back pain and other diseases. Methods: Literature material method , Inquiry method, statistics method, experimental researchThe research content: first is the experimental apparatus design: mainly including the design of digital display parts , the design of sliding channel part, operation, measuring principle. The examination of Instruments'accuracy, design of loading tools, design of height adjustment tool, and the basic requirements during the data collection, with SPSS bathprocessing the statisticsResults: 1. In 20 minutes of creep process (measurement error:0.53mm), the first 4 minutes changes is fastest, the following 4 - 8 minutes changes is a bit slow, in the last few minutes changed small, and start towards balance.2. In the same loading, the correlation coefficient of the posture of siting and standing are more than 0.9, have very significant meaning. In empty loading between sitting and standing posture the difference is not significant (P = 0.281> 0.05). In the loading of their 10% weight between sitting and standing posture the difference is not significant (P =0.353 > 0.05) . In the loading of their 20% weight between sitting and standing posture the difference is not significant (P = 0.584> 0.05). the loading of their 30% weight between sitting and standing posture the difference is not significant (P = 0.039 < 0.05).3. In the sit posture cases, the difference between empty loading and 10% weight loading is significant at 0.05 level, but at 0.01 level difference was not significant (0.012 < P = 0.012 < 0.05). the difference among Empty loading, 20% weight loading and 30 % weight loading is very significant (P < 0.01). the difference between 10% weight loading and20% weight loading is significant (P = 0.02 < 0.05). the difference between 10% weight loading and20% weight loading is significant (P < 0.01). In the standing pustrue cases, the difference among empty loading and 10% weight loading ,20% weight loading ,30% weight loading are significant, (P < 0.01).4. With time as the independent variable ,the height changes in different load cases are a logarithmic changes.5. The same position among different load, the same load among different postures , correlation coefficient is more than 0.9, degree of correlationis very high.6. There is a definite relation between Low back pain and the static load, thirty percent of the weight loading can be used as a minitor load for daily life. Research meaning: At presently,the domestic research in this field has no record, this experiment study the heigth changes with two different postures and four loading conditions.Can provide theoretical parameter about loading for daily life, Can provide reference for clinical medicine about the low back pain,also can provide theoretical and experimental basis for height changes as loading index.
