In view of the present state of high school students'lower scientific quality, the thesis is designed to explore better and efficient ways to cultivate them.The thesis consists of five parts. Part one introduces the present situation of education, which mainly includes the background .Part two gives account of the connotation and gives a full explanation of significance on the basis of enough materials from home and abroad. At the end of this part, the thinking methods of developing scientific quality are listed. Part three involves the analysis of the target classification on scientific quality of physics. The thesis presents the contents, features and values of physics from the general and the specific goals,which makes it more operative. And Part four discusses the essential ways to develop the students'scientific quality through the following eight aspects:1. To explore different teaching strategies on how to cultivate students'questioning spirit, stronger ability of logic and innovative spirit more effectively in physics teaching class. 2.To make full use of the role of science exploration where the students can fully demonstrate their skills and at the same time encourage the students to learn more so as to lay a solid foundation in their lifelong development. 3. In physics experiment teaching, students'experimental ability and creative spirit are greatly enhanced by designing and accomplishing experiments independently. 4.The integrated practice activity stirs students'learning interest, develops their ability of autonomous learning and cooperative spirit and students'vision also gets widen. 5. In exercise class, carefully designed exercises by the teacher which is closely related to the teaching materials help to cultivate students'learning transition ability and good character of thought. 6. School-based curriculum of physics developed from various aspects is more practical.7. In teaching the history of science, the abundant scientific thinking and approaches contained and the scientific attitude and spirit embodied in it do much good to students'creative thinking approaches and ability. 8. Teachers should both pay more attention to combining the popular science activities with humanism and develop the entertainment function of science.Part five is conclusion.
