As the commanding elevation and breach of educational reform, Educational technology is playing a vital important role in the informationalization of education.The document "Carrying out the constructive plan of teachers in primary and secondary schools" was printed by the Education Department in 2005, the purpose of the plan:For the purpose of improve teachers' education technology application ability and improving effective use of techniques in teaching, to improve teachers'ability of implementation of quality education by means of educational technology training.Under the current educational system and practical situation of our country, Five-year primary education major is an important way to training primary school teachers. In order to find out the present situation of modern educational technology curriculum implementation, The article adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey procedure, interviews and statistics, by sample of five colleges in Hunan province. Survey results reveal many problems existing in present modern educational technology curriculum:positioning of the curriculum is not accurate; the lack of necessary system security in curriculum implementation; guidance, management and monitoring are inadequate in the teaching process; teaching content are various and the structure of knowledge is variable; teaching materials are rather spotty; teaching staff is weak and teachers' education ideas behind; teaching mode and methods are single; evaluation methods of progress of learning are unscientifically, the shortage of hardware and software resources. Causes of problems:the curriculum is a general course, colleges, teachers and students are indifference; there are defects in the curriculum plan; teachers'training and learning opportunities are less and inefficiency; college education funding and scale expansion rate are not in proportion; students'effect in curriculum implementation are ignored. According to the above problems, suggestions are brought on base of thinking and analyzing:improve knowledge, concepts, accurate positioning the curriculum; according investigation and feedback, perfect the curriculum plan; improving teachers'quality by strengthen training, reasonably equipped with teaching staff; use flexible methods and variety forms, fusion "science" and "art"; expand curriculum resources by means of increasing input.
