The Research On Innovation Of Scientific Research Management Model In Vocational College

As the rapid development of higher vocational education, the scientific research in vocational colleges have received an increasing attention, and it plays an important role in teaching, talents training and social services of vocational colleges. It can be said the level of school's scientific research can reflect its competitiveness, however, it started relatively late, and there are still many disadvantages in scientific research management model, which centralized on the following aspects:First, ambiguity of research position, they can not highlight the advantages of their research; Second, the scientific research provides inefficient support to the formation of core competence; Third, scientific research management and the management system is not perfect; Fourth, the service awareness and service capabilities of scientific research specialist staff need to be improved. These defects should be taken seriously and improved, if not, it will inevitably affect the competitiveness of the school. Also it will make a negative effect on the progress of our innovation and application-oriented talents training. Thus it can be seen that it is a matter of great urgency to construct the new scientific research management innovation in higher vocational colleges.In this paper, through the analysis and understanding of the core concepts, the author compares and analyzes the differences among the scientific research management mode both at home and abroad, the scientific research management mode in research universities and general research management by reviewing the relevant literatures, then come to a conclusion that the new scientific research management mode in higher vocational colleges should have functions such as to enhance the core competitiveness, strengthen enterprise-college-research cooperation and coordinate the relationship among enterprise-college-research.The strategy to construct the new scientific research management mode in higher vocational colleges includes five aspects:First, they should clarify the principle of their school, therefore, form their unique characteristics of the research service model; Second, improve research management organization, optimize the research management process; Third, improve the scientific management system, develops a research management mechanism; Fourth, perfect the research performance evaluation system of rewards and punishments, to arouse the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel; Fifth, enhance service consciousness and sharpen the service ability. Finally, the article takes a vocational college as example and analyzes the implication brought by the use of the new scientific research management mode. This school should establish a close working relationship with Enterprise, Promote the transformation of scientific research's fruit. Secondly, improve the incentive system for research. Thirdly, intensify of interdepartmental coordination, bring into full play the function of Academic Affairs Division library financial department and so on, and form resultant force. Finally, improve the quality of scientific research management.
