The Challenges And Countermeasures Of The College Students' Supervisors Under The New Situation

Together with the reform and opening up policy, we get a rapid development of economy as well as our Higher education. College students are the main forces of China's economic construction in 21st century. They take up the responsibility of our socialistic construction as well. Students'supervisor in college is the pioneer and backbone of students manage.Students'supervisor plays a very important role in college development, and they made a significant and profound impact to college students. Our students'supervisor should face the challenges in the new period actively, and find a new way of the work so as to create a new situation.The first part of this paper mainly focus on the functions of students'supervisor, the second part is mainly on the new challenges we faced today. the third part gives the countermeasures of how to improve the students'supervisor's accomplishment and strengthen the team building.
