Strategy in the current technology and education under the guidance of the party and the state of education reform has given high priority, the State Ministry of Education of the School Sports "Health First" and "people-oriented" the guiding ideology.Higher Education Physical Education is an important part of the evaluation of physical education is an important part of teaching physical education, physical education work is an important part, because of its unique status and role of teaching and become a focus.Physical education curriculum of institutions of higher learning has gone through the reform of evaluation methods, has made some progress, but in the exam-oriented education and competitive sports, the sport still exists many problems in teaching evaluation.College basketball is the focus of physical education content that it is a technically complex sport. Currently, the technology in the reduction of teaching hours course, requires us to constantly sum Physical educators teaching experience, learn from foreign advanced teaching theory, and actively carry out educational reform, efforts to find a way to resolve these contradictions of the new teaching methods.The core of this study was to explore the formative evaluation of teaching in the College Basketball applied research, evaluation of the application form to do the theory of practice.Experimental results show that the design and application of formative assessment is feasible, in basketball in the use of good teaching tasks to complete the request, the teaching has significantly improved efficiency and achieved a statistically significant effect of teaching with more the promotion of high value.Education reform is a long process, is a continuous improvement, continuous development process. Evaluation in physical education reform process, there are many aspects of the need for continuous exploration and practice. In order to develop more complex to adapt to social development talents, we must not stop the pace of curriculum reform should unswervingly sports and physical education curriculum reform, assessment reform continue.
