With the development of information technology, the multimedia computers and the network is popularized day by day. Also, the profound transformation has occurred in the classroom teaching. This article, mainly discuss how to use IT as resources and impotent media to radically renovate the teaching and learning methods of teachers and students based on the concepts of integration in the information technology environment to cater for the trend voice of curriculum reforms, and to overcome the weak points in the traditional teaching modes, allowing various teaching resources, various teaching elements and processes to make the integrating of Information technology to the physical teaching, and set up new teaching modes through a series of integration, restructuring, merging, so as to push forward the total reform of physical classroom teaching. Finally, analyses and estimates the specific cases of integrating to check the practical effect of the formed mode on the physical teaching so that it can prove the integrating helps enhance the effectiveness of teaching.This article is developed in six parts:The first part of article mainly discusses the background, the situations, the meanings and the existing problems.The second part is relevant Information Technology and curriculum integration of theory and research related to the content and methods of practice to be demonstrated later in this article provide a strong theoretical basis.The third part is Information technology and integration in the form of Junior Physics Teaching elaborate on the integration mode of teaching effectiveness, including the drawbacks of traditional physical education and integrated to improve the teaching of physical education in the advantages of effectiveness.The fourth part is analyzing and evaluating the teaching case of the integrating of Information technology to the physical teaching, which based on teaching website. Then it draws a conclusion that such integration benefits enhance the effectiveness of teaching.The fifth part is focused on the evaluation of teaching effectiveness, and the effectiveness of integrated physical education conducted a survey, assessment and analysis. The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper which points out the limitation of this article and subsequent development were reviewed.The core of the article is about the exploration and practice of integration, in order to seek a way that can be carried out easily to improve the validity of teaching. This article not only analyzes on status quo of the education in the information technology environment, but also seminaries the teaching practice based on theories. As it can be refined from theoretical perspective, but also builds on rich classroom cases, it is an ideal example combination of the theories and practices.
