Since chinese became an independent subject, the issue of preparation before class has always been the focus of discussion. From the relative literature review, preparation before class exists as a link in the teaching process. In the development of chinese education, preparation before class is undoubtedly critical, but so far it has not been well operated. On the research basis of literature review on preparation before class, this project clarifies the connotation, content, form, and evaluation of preparation before class. Under the guidance of new curriculum, on the theoretical basis of constructionism, metacognition and advance organizer, the researcher will re-examine and construct the value connotation of preparation before class, and put forword the project of research on preparation link in junior chinese reading class.In the context of this project, different from preview, the preparation before class refers to a link in reading class, in which students act as a subject while teacher acts as an organizer and a guide. The main content of this thesis is as follows:First, this thesis demonstrates the necessity of practicing the preparation link in reading class, proposes to construct meanings during preparation, to adjust and expand preparation goals, to foster metacognitive ability in preparation link, and to play a support role in teachers. Second, this thesis discusses the implementation of preparation in reading class, developing from the design of prepatation link, the intrinsic motivation of preparation, the optimization of learning method in preparation and the evaluation on preparation implementation. In addition, this thesis analyzes the design examples in praparation link. Third, this thesis studies the problem of cohesion between preparation link and further teaching. Meanwhile, it also discusses the cultivation of matacognitive ability in preparation link. At last, on the basis of one-year experiment on junior preliminary class, this thesis compares preview with preparation link in reading class, and discusses the effectiveness of implementation of preparation link in reading class.The main conclusion of this research lies in the fact thar preparation link in reading class is a small but big project. From the perspective of new curriculum, this thesis proposes the implementation of preparation link in reading class, and develops the connotation of teaching value existing in preparation link of reading class. Through the experimental study on preparation before class, this thesis also explains the necessity and effectiveness of implementation of preparation link in reading class.
