Exploration On The Self-management Mode Of The 90s Students In Higher Vocational Institutions

For a long time, higher vocational institutions have been using the students'management mode of undergraduate colleges. With the establishment of socialist market economic system and the college expansion, the mode has lagged behind, which can not meet the students'management in the new situation.In particular, the arrival of the 90s, the new group, requires that higher vocational institutions accelerate the establishment of a new students'management mode. But in all, the 90s students generally have a strong sense of social responsibility and innovation. They are active, healthy, progressive and to be trusted; they are eager to be equal, freedom and independent. Therefore, we must change the traditional concept of students'management, using the way of persuasion; coalescing the traditional mode by self-management mode gradually. The practice of the self-management model has proved that the model is not only absolutely necessary in vocational colleges, and but also entirely feasible.self-management model is not to give up students'management, nor to enable students to manage students,but change the strategy to realize the more effective self-management. In the implementation process, we should change the concept of ideological and political education and encourage students to participate in self-management actively. On the basis of counselors team construction, we should implement the senior system, establish and improve self-management system and build students'self-management platform. The dual tutorial system integrates teaching and management team, the Communist Youth League organizations plays an important role in the ideological and political education.Self-management model not only practice the students'ability of self-management, but also make the more effective management to students,as well as the true educational objective, come true.
