| In recent years, Suzhou is taking the lead in track and field competitions in Jiangsu Province, especially in sprints. Many athletes, such as Lu Bin, have won excellent scores in all levels of competitions nationally and become members of Outstanding Athletes of the City. In the 11th National Games of the People's Republic of China, Suzhou sprinters Lu Bin, Jiang Lan and Chen Yu won gold medals in men's 100 metres, women's 100 metres and women's 200 meters respectively. These athletes are very competitive but they are still not as good as the best sprinters in the world. Therefore, this thesis analysed and diagnosed the stride phase technique of outstanding Suzhou sprinters. The sprinters' movements in stride phase with full-strength were recorded by two Megaspeed high-speed cameras four times and analysed by German SIMI-motion video analysis system. Hanavan Model was used to analyse the raw data. The data of Suzhou sprinters were compared with other domestic and foreign sprinters through sports technique analysis, literature review and comparative analysis.Results:(1)The backward elbow drive angle of outstanding Suzhou sprinters is too large compared with foreign female sprinters.(2)The stride length and landing technique of Suzhou sprinters are not as good as foreign sprinters.(3)The minimum knee angle of Suzhou sprinters during the swing process is not as good as that of American sprinters.Conclusions:(1)There is an obvious gap between outstanding Suzhou sprinters and excellent world sprinters in stride length, that is, the stride length of Suzhou sprinters is not long enough.(2)Differences exist in buffering movements, maintaining body balance and the body part of absorbing impact between male and female sprinters. Male sprinters tend to use the "fix the knee" buffering mode: the minimum knee angle of male sprinters is larger than that of female sprinters; but the ankle movement breadth of male sprinters is larger than that of female sprinters. These may be caused by the differences in leg strength.(3)The minimum knee angle of outstanding Suzhou sprinters in the swing process is lager than that of excellent American sprinters, which means the legs of Suzhou sprinters are not fully bended.(4)The supporting technique of outstanding Suzhou sprinters is not reasonable enough. It is unreasonable rate that training of muscle of supporting leg eccentric contraction and concentric contraction。... |
