On The Research Between Sports And Mental Health Of Non-P.E Majors' Graduate Student In Anhui Province

With the global economic integration, global economy and began competition in comprehensive national strength, its essence is the competition of talents.Graduate student group is the highest level of education of social groups,the state one of the most important human resources,their physical and mental health problems not only affect their daily learning and living, will directly affect China's strategic goal of socialist modernization can not smoothly. Therefore, researching the post-graduate students'physical and mental health has been an important issue in the modern higher education.Investigating and analyzing the non-P.E majors' post-graduate students in Anhui who are studying in school for their condition about heart health and sports.Then leading the non-P.E majors'post-graduate students to participate in sports exercise by discussing how their sports interrelate with their heart health. Through improving their activity and consciousness to strengthen exercise.Then strengthening their physique and health, and helping them in forming well sports habit for lifelong sports.Therefore promoting the sports development of non-P.E majors' post-graduate students in Anhui,and ensuring that their education has a higher quality.This study is divided into six parts:(1)Introduction. This section includes topics of this article based on research purpose and meaning, related concepts,statements and abroad present research.(2)Research object and method. In this paper, Anhui Province, eight randomly selected non-college sports for the study in graduate school,to take a questionnaire survey of its investigation and the use of mathematical statistics,information on the data available for statistical analysis,at last, according to documentation and questionnaire results of logical analysis of income.(3)Anhui Province in non-P.E majors'post-graduate students Sports and Mental Health Survey. According to survey results,analysis of Anhui Province in the graduate school of non-P.E sports and mental health status,factors and causes.(4)Sports on the mental health of graduate students.First of all, come under the order of literature the main criteria to judge mental health. And specific analysis of physical activity on cognitive, emotional, personality, social adjustment, will impact.(5)Physical Education in Anhui offer postgraduate research and analysis.According to the above non-sports section of the Anhui Province to participate in sports activities of graduate students and mental health status of such research, come to set the Graduate College of Anhui Province physical education is imminent. Specific physical education graduate from Anhui Province set up the necessity, feasibility and the creation of forms and notices were analyzed.(6)The conclusion and suggestion. This paper surveys and studies the following conclusions:①Anhui non-P.E sports in the proportion of graduate students low.②Non-P.E in Anhui Province lifelong awareness in the poor graduate students.③Anhui Province in graduate non-P.E and Physical Behavior of exercise consciousness out of line.④Lack of physical education graduate students in Anhui Province.⑤Non-P.E in Anhui Province in the mental health of graduate students is not optimistic.⑥Sports population of mental health were significantly higher than non-P.E population mental health. According to the Anhui Province non-P.E sports in graduate school and mental health status,and the actual situation of China and Anhui Province, this paper makes the following recommendations:①To strengthen physical education graduate schools all aspects of the proposed building.②The development of school mental health education advice.
