With the development of internet, virtual properties is now being brought into the new eara. As legal workers, we are now facing the relative legal problems focused on it, such as the defination, character, and legal protection. These are what we are going to discuss in this article.In chapterâ… , anlalyzing from legal and economic angle, we firstly discussed the defination of virtual properties and its basic charaters.Such as vertual,interable, changeable, and exclusive. Thereafter, we simply introduced the basic types of virtual properation which are now being widely accepted by most people. Based on this,we then sperately disccussed the legal charaters of virtual properties within civil laws. After this,we simply introduced some main theories about the existance of virtual properties.As the last part of this chapeter, we briefly studied the normal confilicts focussed on virtual properties, and analyzed the legal reasons.Based on this,we get the conclusion that virtual properties should be put under the control of nowadays legal systems.Chapeterâ…¡is mainly about the criminal protection situations of virtual properties. Based on some American federal tort cases,we firstly introduced the civil protection of virtual properties,after that, we diucssed some types of criminal cases committed to virtual properties.By analyzing these cases,we then studied the delema of criminal protections,such as the the evidence collection and the accusation defination.In chapeterâ…¢, we discussed the suggestions of criminal protection for virtual properies.We firsty analyzed the compose the criminal,and the basic composing part of virtual property criminal.Based on its special situation, we suggested different systems that may improve the criminal protection of virtual properties.
