The Study On Peasants' Legal Consciousness Problem In New Rural Construction

Human behavior is always under the dominating of thought and consciousness in some sense, legal consciousness,as the economic base of the supersturcture, in inproving social democracy, strengthening the rule of law, promoting the rule of law in society's modernization process plays an important role. In today's context of building a new socialist countryside, what do peasants think of law,whether do they consciously use to comply with and uphold the law, to a large extent with their legal consciousness has a direct relationship, therefore,cultivate peasants' legal consciousness has been one of the important tasks to build a new socialist countryside.In recent years, the study on the peasants' legal consciousness has made some achievements, on the basis of reading research literature about peasants' legal consciousness, the author selects peasants in dongwu village of wanrong country,tonghua town for the survey,through questionnaires and individual interviers with the means on the peasants' legal consciousness issues in cases of research,analyses that peasants lack legal knowledge,do not understand the law,trust law in the low level,distruct law as well as farmers of trust law "disgusting" concept allows farmers to form non-litigation consciousness issues. In depth study of these problems,the peasants' legal consciousness by themselves, traditional social customs and culture, legal operating mechanism and the Franco-Prussian Style. For peasants' awareness of the law problems and causes, based on the analysis and study, the article proposes to that to speed up rural economic development is to improve the peasants' legal consicousness material basis; improve legislation and establish rural real good law; improve rural law enforcement situation, to improve officials of law enforcement and rural cadres of legal consciousness; develop the rural education vigorously and improve peasants' education level; reinforce the lagel assistance to the rural areas, reduce the cost of litigation; enlarge rural area popularizing law working,carries but the promotion popularizing law in depth; develop the role of university village leaders, led peasants to replace the traditional ideas.Construction of the new rural area of socialism principals are peasants, as a high-quality new peasant, not only has the strong skills,abilities,but also to have a high quality.only by improving the legal consciousness of peasants,can they exercises of rights,carries out obligations conscientiously in the daily life, exercise their democratic rights, thus promoting grassroots democracy,the management of true democracy so as to provide protection and building a socialist new countryside.
