The Marx theory of all-around production includes four parts: substantial production, mental production, human being production and social relations production. Because of the limit of times, people unilaterally had emphasized substantial production in the past and had ignored mental production. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, our country has entered a new period, a period of socialist modernization. When people's substantial demand has been satisfied, the demand of spiritual and cultural activities grew larger and larger. Therefore, the Marx theory of mental production has played a more and more important role in the society. In today's world, Economic Globalization is an objective trend. On one hand it has increased the link among countries, nations and areas in the domain of politics, economy and culture; on the other hand it has brought surges in the word of ideology and has a significant impact on China socialist ideology. As a result, the construction of socialist ideology in China is particularly important.The main text is divided into four parts. The first part expatiates the Marx theory of mental production,including analyze its theory source, the course of its growth, its meaning, basic characteristics and regularity. The second part of the context mainly discusses basic characteristics of China socialist ideology and four developing stages in China, in order that we can grasp its developing situation in our country all sidedly. The third part analyzes opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of socialist ideology in China under the globalization Environment. The last part aiming mainly at the challenges in the world of China socialist ideology, based on the Marx theory of mental production, proposes some resolutions.
