Research Of Military Hidden Education In Army Diploma Colleges

Under the new situation in 21st century, information warfare provides new and higher requirements in military quality of the contemporary students in the military academy. It is an effective way to improve the quality of military trainees which adapting the demand of a new era and enhancing the military hidden education in military colleges. The research on military hidden education has a strong theoretical and practical significance for solving the current military training problems of military educational institutions, improving the quality of personnel training and promoting the in-depth practical to military hidden education.The Paper begins with current problems of military qualifications of academic education for military training, analyses the necessity of reinforcement of hidden education in military academy, and the current research status at home and abroad, summarizes physiological, information science and psychological theories about hidden education, sums up the function and characteristics of military hidden education,and defines the goal and content of the hidden education in military academy. Based on related research results, the paper put forward that military hidden education content covers five aspects: the physical context, spiritual atmosphere, the system of education, behavioral education and activities of education. They make up the content system according to their internal relations. Finally, the theoretical analysis and practical exploration be integrated to give the construction and implementation methods of hidden education in military academy, and we should pay attention to the overall planning, the establishment of long-term mechanism, carefully hidden dominance of education, strengthen the education of educators in the implementation process, try our effort to forming a hidden education mode in military colleges with military characteristics.
