| At present, our army is facing a challenge of a new global military revolution, to build an informational army and to win the future information warfare, we must train a contingent of a new troop of military talented persons, with a wide-field of vision, ahead of thinking and creative ability, and high-quality of accessing information and technical knowledge. The continuing education of military cadres is a primary mean to improve the knowledge structure of our army's troop and raise the overall quality in the current situation, and will directly affect the quality and progress of our army's informational construction. Through the study of the development of the continuing education of military cadres, we could work for strategy and focus on reality to get a clear understanding of the developed situation and trend of the continuing education, and could combine with our army's reality and start with the continuing education to improve the whole quality quickly with the most direct and effective education methods. From the view of cadres'management and training, this paper studies the problem of continuing education of military cadres, and provide some ideas and suggestions to adapt to the needs of new situation and further improve the existing continuing education system of cadres of our army.The main points of this paper:First, according to the characteristics of the continuing education, it systematically classifies the concept category of continuing education for the first time, it laies a theoretical foundation that is we could understand the thought of the continuing education of military cadres, clear and define the relation between the continuing education and other education and futher research and analyse the problem of continuing education; second, different from the former college research, it has its eyes on the use and development of the military talented persons to particularly research the continuing education problem, from the view of "Managers" and "Personnel", probes into the continuing education problem of military cadres in the point of non-college, and then raises a number of creative suggestions. |
