Exploration Of Chinese Intelligence-Led Policing

"Intelligence-Led Policing" means, by using an integrated approach to collect, analyses and use intelligence and information, to improve the accuracy of the police decision-making and enhance the efficiency of the use of police resources, for achievement of prevention and combating crime, maintaining social order purpose of the work mode. "Intelligence-Led Policing" uses the "police intelligence and information analysis" as an objective decision-making tool. For promoting the reduction of crime and crime prevention work, it uses effective strategies and external cooperation program with sufficient support evidence. Police organs at all levels should lay the basis and pilot of the intelligence information for realization of intelligence and information-led decision-making, leading combat and guiding prevention. Building extensive, deep tentacles and quick response of intelligence-based information network as a foundation, establishing and improving various kinds of police information management systems and networks integrated application platform as basis, focusing on strengthening intelligence analysis and assessment of actual combat, setting scientific and standardized operation mechanism, strict and fair evaluation of incentive for the protection as the guarantee, aiming to enhance early warning information.
